The pharmaceutical industry thrives on innovation, with intellectual property rights playing a crucial role in protecting groundbreaking ideas and ensuring global access to life-saving medicines. As advancements in biotechnology and personalised medicine continue to evolve, the legal landscape also needs to progress to address new ethical considerations and public health challenges.
