Recognising this, the Indian government offers various schemes to support startups, including financial assistance, incubation support, and tax benefits. Key initiatives include the Startup India initiative, the Make in India initiative, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, and many more. Collectively, these government schemes create a robust framework that supports the emergence and growth of startups in India, ultimately contributing to the country’s economic development and job creation.
In this context, the Startup Mahakumbh 2025 was held in New Delhi from April 3-5, 2025, organised by FICCI, ASSOCHAM, NASSCOM, TiE, IVCA, and the Bootstrap Foundation. It featured over 3,000 startups, 1,000+ investors and incubators, and 10,000+ delegates from 50+ countries.
LexOrbis participated in this grand celebration of innovation, which was inaugurated by Hon’ble Union Minister Shri Piyush Goyal, who announced the setting up of a Startup India Desk under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
