The India International Science Festival (IISF) 2024 was held from November 30 to December 3 at Guwahati, Assam, organised by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Earth Sciences in collaboration with Vijnana Bharati. This year’s theme, “Transforming India into a Science and Technology Driven Global Manufacturing Hub,” featured a variety of events, including a Sci-Tech Expo, Mission Start-Up, Global Manufacturing Summit, Women’s Development to Women-led Development in S&T (Nari Shakti), Reimagining Bharat Exhibition, Science Beyond Borders, and a Young Scientists Conclave.The festival also hosted numerous insightful sessions on diverse topics, such as AI, quantum computing, green technologies, biotechnology, and space exploration.
